How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use every feature of your plan for 1 month. We don't ask for card details. You choose a plan only if you want to continue.
What happens after the trial?
If you don't buy a plan, your account is paused and your data is kept safely. When you buy a plan later, everything is restored exactly as you left it. You can also export or delete your data at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Owners and admins can change the plan and billing cycle from the account area.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Account → Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Owners and admins can request a full export of their clinic's data from the account area.
Do prices include GST?
No. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
