The clinic owner and any admin can buy, change or cancel the plan from Account → Plan. Doctors and receptionists don't see billing pages.
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Prices exclude 18% GST. GST invoices are available under Account → Billing.
