1. Who we are

SOTTO is provided by [Company legal name], [Registered office address, India] (“SOTTO”, “we”). These terms apply to the website sottohealth.com and the SOTTO desktop app.

2. The service

SOTTO helps doctors and clinics document consultations. SOTTO supports, but does not replace, clinical judgement: the treating doctor remains responsible for every note, diagnosis and prescription.

3. Accounts and roles

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and sign-in codes secret.
• Clinic owners and admins are responsible for the staff they invite and the access they grant.
• The clinic owner and admins can buy, change or cancel the clinic's plan.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 1 month. No payment details are needed. If no plan is bought, the account is paused and its data is kept so it can be restored on purchase, for [retention period – see Privacy Policy].

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to be confirmed.]

6. Acceptable use
